2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to all visits to our website, all use of our online store, and all purchases made through Norrsoil by consumers and, where applicable, business customers. If separate written agreements apply to a particular order, those agreements prevail to the extent of any conflict.

3. Products and product information

We aim to present our products as accurately and clearly as possible. Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are provided in good faith. However, minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur depending on screen settings, production updates, or supplier changes.

You are responsible for reviewing product information carefully before placing an order. Before an online sale is concluded, EU rules require that customers receive clear and understandable information about the goods and the seller. (European Union)

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding agreement is formed when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation, unless we clearly state otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, technical errors, or incomplete information. 5. Prices, taxes, and payment

All prices shown on our website are listed in the currency indicated on the relevant product or checkout page and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Additional costs, such as shipping charges, will be shown before you complete your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours via DHL. Total delivery time is generally up to 5 business days, depending on destination, carrier processing, and circumstances outside our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. EU rules require sellers to inform customers about delivery arrangements before the sale. (European Union)

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you purchase as a consumer online, you generally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules. In addition, Norrsoil voluntarily extends returns to 30 days from delivery, provided that the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. EU consumer rules provide a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, and Dutch guidance requires that this be clearly stated. (European Union)

For returns from within Europe, a flat return fee of €4.99 applies and will be deducted from the refund, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the return is due to our error.

8. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@norrsoil.com. We may ask for your order number and supporting photos. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as advertised. (European Union)

You agree:

  • to provide accurate order, billing, and contact information

  • not to misuse the website

  • not to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • not to interfere with the functioning or security of the website

  • to use our products in a lawful and reasonable manner

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated or the website is being misused.

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, images, graphics, layout, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Norrsoil unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or use website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website or product offering at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Norrsoil is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful, including in relation to fraud, gross negligence where non-excludable, or mandatory consumer protections.
