Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

As an added service, you are (usually!) able to edit and cancel your order 15 minutes after ordering, this will be shown to you in the "thank-you" page right after payment is complete

Once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you want to request a cancellation, contact Norrsoil as soon as possible via help.norrsoil.com and include your order number (like #SYBXXXXX). We will let you know immediately whether cancellation is still possible.

If your order can no longer be cancelled, you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our return policy.
